Who we are.

This site is run by eazyr. For anything about your information, email contact@eazyr.co.uk.

What we collect.

You can browse without an account. We don't run analytics that follow you from site to site. If you email us, we keep that message, your email address, and anything else you include, so we can reply.

Hosting.

The company that hosts the site may keep basic technical logs, such as an IP address, to keep it secure and online. Those logs are for that purpose, not to build a profile of you.

Cookies.

We don't set advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner and no separate cookie page. The site may save its own settings in your browser so the page behaves properly. Those stay on your device.

How we use it.

We use what you send us to answer you and, if we work together, to do the work. We don't sell your information.

How long we keep it.

We keep emails for as long as we need them to reply, and for our records if they become part of a project. You can ask us to delete them.

Your rights.

You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@eazyr.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

The words, design, and code on this site belong to eazyr unless we say otherwise. Project examples are here to show the work. Looking at them doesn't give you a licence to reuse them.

Client projects.

If we build a website, app, automation, or piece of software for you, the price, the scope, and what you own are set out in a separate agreement. These terms don't replace that.

No advice.

We take care to keep the site accurate and available. Nothing on it is legal, financial, or technical advice for your situation, and we can't promise the site will be uninterrupted.

Liability.

We aren't liable for loss that comes from relying on this site as a brochure. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
